In the recent news, we have information on FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network), and the appointment of Ms. Korver as the Chief Digital Currency Advisor. She will overlook that the digital assets, and the relevant regulations. She will also be responsible for strategizing and creating innovative solutions and preventing malicious intentions.

And she is perfect for the role, as she just served her role as the Digital Currency Counsel on behalf of the United States Department of Justice’s Criminal Division. She was responsible for aiding the prosecution to take appropriate measures in cases relating to digital currencies.

She worked with the US Treasury and worked on various seizure, and forfeiture policies. Even before that, she was an Assistant Attorney in the Denver Office for 10 years, and her job is to overlook cybercrimes and prosecute accordingly.

Her job profile also consists of working in the Drug Enforcement Task Force, State Secret Service, and, even working as a clerk for Honorable Judge William P. Dimitrouleas. She completed her studies at the Miami School of Law, and the University of Florida.
