Coinbase to add Solana to their network

Coinbase, one of the largest cryptocurrency exchanges in the world, begins support programs for Solana Tokens and has plans for NFTs, and DApps. Coinbase users now can send, receive, and store SOL and SPL tokens through a browser using the power of Web 3.0. They don’t have to manage multiple wallets for this purpose.

Coinbase will add more features to support Solana Tokens in the future, including connecting Solana DApps, and managing Solana NFTs using a single Coinbase Wallet extension. This feature is still not available in the mobile app, at least, not for now.

Solana may push out Ethereum, as people are experiencing scaling issues, high network and gas fees, and high transaction processing time while using the Ethereum network. Solana beats all these problems, and that’s why it can boast 1,400 projects.

But Ethereum is not far behind, as lots of social media platforms, such as Twitter and Instagram are integrating this network within their platforms. And many enthusiasts support this network as well because it comes with a lot of options.

People are more interested in Solana flipping rather than collecting. This might be due to Solana’s low liquidity, making it the best choice for those with low purchasing capacity. Also, it does not come with a lot of sentimental value.

But as Coinbase integrates it within their ecosystem, social media platforms might reconsider adding it too. Solana has got endorsements from Michael Jordan and Mila Kunis too.
